Environmental & Conservation projects in Impington and Histon.

You are welcome to join in for an hour or so on a single working party, to coming along to every working party, it’s free, rewarding, great exercise and no experience is required.

Tackling environmental, wildlife and conservation projects in our villages Impington and Histon, and find out how you can get involved throughout the year.  Everyone is welcome to become a volunteer and you can do as much or little as you like.

Volunteering for Conservation and Environmental activities in Histon and Impington is rewarding, fun and a great way to meet new friends and get fit. No prior experience is necessary. Tools are provided. As a volunteer you are welcome to work for as long as you like and as frequently or infrequently as you like.

In the many years that the Enviro Volunteers have been active there have been many varied projects including Felling dead trees, Planting a new hedge and trees around the Copse, Laying wood chip paths, Dismantling the railway gate-keeper’s hut so that it may be rebuilt, Daffodil planting & Ivy Removal.
